In April 1999, she left Madura Garments and was part of the team of professionals who promoted Indus League Clothing Limited. In Indus League, of which she is now the CEO and a Director (since January 2008), she has handled a wide variety of functions – Corporate Planning, Supply Chain Management, IT, Logistics and Brand Management. Known for her incisive analytical skills and the richness of her experience in fashion retailing, Rachna is working on shaping Indus League into a strong and profitable player in the Apparel Retailing Industry.  Indus-League is a part of the Future Group.

Rachna is married to Arun Sirdeshmukh, CEO of Reliance Trends and has two daughters Riya and Risha. She is an example of how a woman can strike an excellent balance of work and life without compromising on her dreams.

About Indus League Clothing Limited, the company of which she is one of the promoters was started in April 1999.  Indus-League today is 950 people strong with majority stake bought by Future Group.  Indus-league retails the following Brands viz., Indigo Nation, Scullers, Jealous 21, John Miller, Urban Yoga, Urbana and the recently launched Daniel Hechter.
