Naveen has more than 11 years experience in sales & marketing across FMCG organisations like Cadbury-Kraft, Colgate & Heinz - of which the last 5 years have been in developing expertise in shopper & customer marketing. He started the shopper marketing function at Cadbury-Kraft India and over the last 4 years has seen Cadbury's Point of Buying activation being recognised as one of the best across FMCG organisations. Prior to this, he headed the shopper marketing vertical for Colgate in Malaysia & Singapore.
