Gopi Krishnaswamy is the CEO of Insight Instore and has over 15 years of experience in the brand retail convergence domain. From a corporate role with Marks & Spencer in the Middle East, to consulting with Booz Allen in Europe and his entrepreneurial stints in visual merchandising and consulting, Gopi has constantly maintained his love affair with shoppers!


A great believer in the science of shopper observation, Gopi leads a team of researchers, designers and shopper marketing strategists at Insight Instore. Gopi is also actively involved with advancing shopper centric thinking through his join research with institution like IIM(A)'s Centre for Retailing.

Gopi is an MBA from INSEAD Wharton and is the winner of the 'Best Young Manager from Asia' 2007 award given by Financial Times UK.
