Sumanta Datta - Vice President-Customer & Commercial Leadership - Coca-Cola India

Sumanta is currently Vice President-Customer & Commercial Leadership since July 2009. In this role, Sumanta is responsible for collaborative end-to-end planning and executing process that focuses on creating the perfect shopper experience one store at a time.

Sumanta joined the Company in January 1995 and in his career span with us has moved across various roles in Operations and Marketing in India and China including Vice President – Region Operations, Brand Director, Coca – Cola China and Region Manager – Shanghai, East & Central China.

Sumanta is an MBA from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and has completed his Bachelors of Arts, Magma cum Laude from Franklin & Marshall College.

His family consists of his wife Mrs. Priyangbada Datta and two children Nikhil & Akhil Datta.
